Applications
The application for admissions process for the current August 2022-June 2023 school year remains CLOSED.
Our annual Open House for August 2023-June 2024 school year Admissions took place on the evening of Thursday, November 3rd, 2022. This was considered our official school tour.
Our 2023-24 online application for admissions is CLOSED at this time due to our PK2, PK3, PK4, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades being at maximum enrollment capacity and on WAITLIST status.
3rd and 4th grades have limited availability for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. If you are a prospective family with a 3rd and/or 4th grade child(ren), please contact Mrs. Sheila Pena, School Secretary, at (305) 238-7562 Extension 1000 between 8am and 2pm on weekdays when school is in session so that you can be placed on an interest list.

Dear Prospective Covenant School Family,
Welcome to Saint Louis! Below you will find a link to our online Application for 2023-2024 Admissions for the 2023-2024 school year as well as a document outlining the academic year’s Tuition Rates and Related Fees. Registered Saint Louis Catholic Church parishioners actively involved in parish life will receive priority consideration for acceptance into the Covenant School.
Our application for admissions process begins with the completion of an online application, inclusive of online payment of the $100 non-refundable family application fee, payable at that time. Upon receipt of the completed online application and the requested supporting documents (detailed below), you will be contacted by the school (via email) to schedule a family interview. It is the policy of our school to personally meet and speak with prospective families, including the child(ren) for whom admissions is being sought, before a formal offer of admissions is determined. Family interviews are scheduled during morning hours on a weekday when school is in session. Prospective students (applying for PK3 through 8th Grades) are also required to take an entrance exam/screener administered at the time of the family interview. There will be a non-refundable $50 screening fee assessed per child, payable via an online link provided at the time the family interview appointment is confirmed. Please note that the submittal of the online application and the required supporting documents does not constitute a guarantee
of acceptance.
Our available spaces for the 2023-2024 school year are filled on a first come-first served basis and we are blessed that both our Preschool program and our Elementary/Middle School program, are in high demand, therefore, we encourage you to apply as soon as the online application goes “live”.
It is the customary practice of Saint Louis Covenant School to only consider 7th and 8th grade applicants for admissions on a case-by-case basis whose application is resulting from extenuating circumstances. Therefore, 7th and 8th grade admissions is extremely limited due to the fact that our retention rates remain very high and spaces in the upper grades often range from an available few to none at all.
As a matter of policy, Saint Louis Covenant School adheres to Immigration and Naturalization Services' regulations which do not allow admittance of any child who is in the country on a Tourist (B-1 or B-2) Visa to our school, however, the school is authorized under Federal Law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students {8 CFR 214.3(J)}. The school has an open admission policy. Race, sex, color, and ethnicity are not factors in consideration for admission.
Below is a listing of required additional documentation to support your online application that must be submitted to the school office (in an envelope marked “Documents for New Admission”). Such documents will not be accepted via email. Only applicant files deemed “complete” will proceed to the family interview and student screening step of the application for admissions process. Incomplete applicant files will be marked inactive and not eligible for consideration.
