Applications

Dear Interested Family,

Welcome to Saint Louis! Below you will find a link to our application for the 2020-2021 school year. Registered parishioners actively involved in parish life will receive priority consideration for acceptance into the Covenant School.

It is the policy of our school to personally meet and speak with prospective families, including the children, before they are invited to join the school. Upon receipt of  the completed application, you will be contacted by the school to schedule a meeting at a mutually convenient time. There is a $100 family application fee for all new families. This non-refundable fee is paid upon submission of an application. Prospective students (applying for PK3 - 8th Grades) are also required to take an entrance exam/screener. A teacher recommendation form must be received for 2nd-8th grade applicants. This form must be sent to the school office directly from the child's current school.

As a matter of policy, Saint Louis Covenant School adheres to Immigration and Naturalization Services' regulations which do not allow admittance of any child who is in the country on a Tourist (B-1 or B-2) Visa to our school, however, the school is authorized under Federal Law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students (8C.F.R. & 214.3(J). The school has an open admission policy. Race, sex, color, and ethnicity are not factors in consideration for admission.

Please complete the application in its entirety. Prior to the interview, additional documentation must be submitted to the school office. All necessary forms can be downloaded below.

  • A copy of the child's most recent standardized test results (if applicable)

  • A copy of the child's most recent report card (if applicable)

  • A current family photograph (non-returnable)

  • A letter from your Pastor confirming Parish membership (if not registered at Saint Louis)

  • A completed New Student Questionnaire (one per child)

  • A completed Faith Questionnaire (one per family)

Please place all items in an envelope marked "New Admission" and deliver it to the school office. Feel free to contact us if you should have any questions regarding this process.

In Jesus, our Risen Lord,

Reverend Paul Vuturo, Pastor & Mr. Edward Garcia, Principal
