Students with Disabilities

Saint Louis Covenant School strives to provide access to Catholic education to all students who can be successful in a general education setting. It is for this reason that our school works with families to provide basic accommodations and intervention services in order to meet the neess of our students.

In order for a student to receive accommodations, parents of students with documented exceptionalities must provide one of the following approved documents to the school counselor for review in order to determine if Saint Louis Covenant School is able to provide adequate support for their child:

  • Recent psychological/psycho-educational evaluations (within the past 3 years)

  • IEP or 504 plan from Miami-Dade County Public Schools

  • ADOM Physicians statement

Documents will be reviewed by the school counselor to determine if the school can meet the educational needs of the student. Please note that not all accommodations/recommendations can be assured on our campus. All recommendations that are within our scope as a general education school will be considered.
