If you are a prospective new family interested in becoming part of the Covenant family for the August 2023 – June 2024 school year, please do not delay in submitting an online application, as well as providing the additional, supporting documents requested in-person to Mrs. Sheila Pena, School Secretary, at the school office. Such information is found within the Admissions-Applications tab of our website.
Kindly note that the majority of our grade levels are usually on “waitlist” by February. Supporting documents will be accepted by Mrs. Sheila between 8am and 2pm on weekdays when school is in session and cannot be accepted via email. If your family was not in attendance at our annual Open House event, a brief tour of our campus will be offered on the day/time of your scheduled family interview and prospective student screening. Family interviews and prospective student screeners are conducted on designated weekday mornings when school is in session and take place in-person/on-campus.
Please note that we are closed during weekends, holidays and designated school vacations/breaks (such as, but not limited to, Thanksgiving week, Christmas & New Year’s two-weeks and Holy Thursday, Good Friday and the week after Easter Sunday) and communication such as emails received during these periods of school closure will be addressed when school resumes/reopens.
Important note: It is asked that all prospective new families that have submitted or will submit an online application for 2023-24 admissions please check their spam/junk folders, as, oftentimes, many emails sent by our school (emails ending in @stlcatholic.org) are erroneously redirected to spam/junk by email providers.
