2012 – 2013 School Year
TUITION RATES AND RELATED FEES
Tuition
Tuition is based on the academic year. For the convenience of payment, it is divided into ten equal installments.
- The first scheduled payment is due July 1st, 2012 and the remainder of the payments are due on the first of each month continuing through April 2013.
- A 5% discount is offered for lump sum tuition payments made in advance for the school year. In the new school year, payments may be made via FACTS Tuition Management Services using a credit card or a bank draft.
- Included in the tuition fee is an activity fee that consists of but is not limited to the following: Resource Fee, Standardized Testing Fee, Laboratory Fee, Ministries Fee and Insurance Fee.
- A $30.00 late fee is applied for any payments received after the sixth day of the month.
The following is the tuition and fee schedule for the 2012‐2013 School Year.
| PreK 2 (3 day program) | $3,450.00 per school year ($345.00 per month for 10 months). |
| Preschool (1/2 day, 5 days) | $4,450.00 per school year ($445.00 per month for 10 months). |
| PK4 Full Day Program | $6,000.00 per school year ($600.00 per month for 10 months). |
| K-5TH Grades | $6,000.00 per school year ($600.00 per month for 10 months) for one child. |
| Middle School (6‐8th) | $6,100.00 per school year ($610.00 per month for 10 months) |
| Multiple Child Discount: | Three or more students receive a 5% discount per additional child. |
Related Fees
| APPLICATION FEE: | A fee of $50.00 per family (for new families only) is payable at the time of the initial application and is non‐refundable. |
| NEW STUDENT TESTING FEE: | $40.00 per child. This fee must be paid at the time of testing and is non-refundable. |
| EARLY CHILDHOOD SUPPLY FEE: | $100.00 per child per year for students in preschool and kindergarten. |
| REGISTRATION FEE: | A flat registration fee of $400.00 per child is non-‐refundable and payable at the time of registration. This fee will solidify your child’s placement at St. Louis Covenant School. |
Covenant School Endowment Fee
New families enrolling at St. Louis Covenant School will pledge $1,000 to the Covenant School Education Endowment. This fee allows for the development of our Technology programs, faculty and staff enhancement, expansion of our content curriculum, and the continued development of special Covenant School programs. An initial $500 must be paid at the time of registration, and the balance must be paid by July 1, 2012.
